All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive within 7 working days.
- Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
- During promotional periods or high-volume seasons, slight delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight and size of your order.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and external courier conditions.
- Orders containing bulky archery items such as targets, bows, or stands may require extra handling time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
BankofArchery.com is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred on international shipments.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled directly with customs or the courier provider.
Damages During Shipping
We take every measure to ensure your archery equipment is packaged securely. However, Bank of Archery is not liable for damage or loss caused during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Retain all original packaging and the damaged items.
- Contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
