To qualify for a return, the product must be:

- Packaged with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Minor cosmetic blemishes that do not impact functionality
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications
- Issues that can be resolved via standard maintenance or adjustments
2. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product if it presents a functional issue.
Eligible for exchange:

We will replace the item with the same model or an equivalent product (based on stock availability).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has passed our inspection.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
- If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
